Practice Manageress

I joined The Smile Team in 1997 as a trainee dental nurse.

Over the years I have taken on various roles, both in nursing and reception, and I am now practice manageress. As part of this role I am responsible for the CQC compliance and have introduced new systems and procedures to ensure this runs smoothly.

I have worked at The Smile Team for nearly 20 years and in that time have enjoyed learning new skills, meeting and helping some lovely patients, and have also built very good friendships with my colleagues.

Since joining the practice I have got married and had 4 children, and working part time now allows me to have an excellent work / home balance.

In my free time I enjoy shopping and spa days.
